"Making The Dough - A Daily Process"

Pier Pizza Company makes all of its dough fresh daily. Using a 60qt Hobart Mixer makes the job a little easier.

After adding fifty pounds of flour, several gallons of water

and the secret spices, the dough is ready to be weighed and

rolled into individual dough balls.

Once the first batch is done, the process begins again.
