TRUE Low Carb Pizza Dough !

This new product is being made for Pier Pizza Company. We have always made all of our own dough each and every day. However, because of the complexity of a “low carb” product, we are unable to make a low carb dough in house.

The product is made with soy flour, wheat gluten, flax seed and some other secret ingre-dients to keep it “low carb”. Important: there is no egg in it - but it does contain wheat and nuts.

Each slice (8 slices per 14” pizza) contains 9 grams of carbohydrates and 3 grams of dietary fiber, giving you a NET OF 6 CARBS PER SLICE. This follows both the Atkins and South Beach Diet guidelines.

At this time, we are only offering the low carb pizzas in the 14” size.
